When excavation shoring is required to facilitate new construction and to provide a safe work environment for construction crews, Sub100 can provide a complete engineered shoring design for both temporary and permanent shoring applications along with shoring monitoring and onsite inspection services.

Drawing on experience and relationships with all major contractors in Manitoba, Sub100 can advise owners regarding contractor selection and identify the ideal contractor for your specific needs. Sub100 can be your representative at site meetings, drawing on years of on-site work experience and a background in engineering in order communicate effectively with everyone from project managers to trade specialists. Budgeting and Estimating
Upon evaluating your needs, Sub100 will compare your requirements to similar projects, considering and contrasting options in order to provide estimates and cost recommendations for your project at the pre-tender stage. On your behalf, Sub100 will review construction drawings, specifications and geotechnical reports, and can engage in technical discussions with project managers and operations team members to identify alternatives and recommendations. Sub100 also supports developers, General Contractors, and subcontractors to estimate jobs – and win – by drawing on years of deep foundation experience.
Project Scheduling
Sub100 will review or develop project schedules, coordinating with other trades to establish a schedule that is mutually beneficial and best for the project. Project Management
Sub100 can oversee your project work independently or in collaboration with General Contractors to manage trades and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met according to your requirements. Sub100 supports owners by reviewing change orders and extras for validity and ensuring changes are completed to project specifications.
Quality Control and Safety
Sub100 helps clients mitigate problems, achieve high quality results, and prevent issues from arising in the future by proactively identifying and addressing construction quality control issues. This can be achieved via site inspection for work progress, drawing review for all foundation structural components, and assessment of excavation/foundation/concrete work progress. Sub100 also specializes in onsite foundation safety assessment and the development of safework practices and procedures.
