With more than 25 years of leadership experience in commercial piling and foundations, Jonathan has managed a wide variety of construction projects from conception to completion. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering Degree from the University of Manitoba and is a registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng) with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Manitoba (APEGM).
Jonathan brings a unique skill set and experience to supplement the skills and expertise of your own team when deep knowledge of piling and foundations is required, with expertise in design assist, costing and budgets, project scheduling and management, negotiations, quality assurance and safety. In addition to a background in engineering, he offers the business acumen and negotiation skills that are crucial to the management of your project contracts.
Jonathan is an effective partner to clients who require specialized advice and support on aspects of construction from elevation 100 and below, including excavation, piling, foundations, and shoring. With an extensive network in Manitoba’s construction industry, years of on-site work experience, and technical depth, Jonathan speaks the industry language and communicates on his clients’ behalf with everyone from project managers to trades specialists.
Jonathan’s colleagues and clients describe him as an excellent listener, problem solver, and outstanding communicator. He works closely with clients, architects, engineers and onsite managers to ensure customer satisfaction and quality standards. He prides himself on known being conscientious, hard working, and respectful. Jonathan is committed to working with clients to provide the best solutions to fit their needs and form lasting professional relationships.
Jonathan is a dedicated member of the community. He presently serves on the board of directors at the Bruce Oake Recovery Centre, was an active member of the St. Alphonsus School Board for two terms, and is a dedicated coach in youth hockey volunteering his time.
